I’ve spent more than 30 years helping people navigate some of life’s toughest conversations and biggest leadership challenges.
My career has taken me from the courtroom to the United Nations, from post-war Bosnia and Cambodia to boardrooms, schools and organisations across Australia. Today, I work as an executive coach, leadership facilitator and mediator, helping leaders communicate with confidence, lead with courage and build healthy workplace cultures.
From interviewing war crimes suspects to coaching CEOs, school principals and senior executives, and mediating more than 1,000 workplace conflicts, I’ve learned that the hardest leadership challenges are rarely solved by working harder.
They’re solved by thinking differently.
Over the years, I’ve attended and delivered more leadership conferences than I can count.
Many were excellent.
But I noticed something.
Leaders would leave feeling inspired… only to return to workplaces that quickly pulled them back into old habits.
The problem wasn’t a lack of knowledge.
It was a lack of space.
Space to think.
Space to reflect.
Space to ask the questions that never make it onto the agenda.
So I decided to create something different.
Not another conference.
Not another day filled with ideas you’ll struggle to implement.
Instead, I created a retreat where leaders can step away from the noise, reconnect with what matters most, and leave with greater clarity, renewed energy and a practical plan for leading with intention.
Because leadership doesn’t just improve by learning more.
Sometimes it improves by creating the space to think differently.
I’d be honoured to guide you through that journey.
